MVFC provides an environment focused on player development, both as a person and a player. We believe in family values, being humble in victory and respect for each other. Our core belief is quality before quantity. Every player is important to us and not just a number on a spreadsheet.

Player development curriculum with regular player evaluation. All our coaches are expected to continue their coaching badges to the highest level. Our focus is coaches that share our family values, with a love of the game and making our players better people with character and fairness.

Club Structure

We have first refusal on all our fields that are well maintained, and exclusive access to a lighted facility. We have an onsite club room for team meetings and game preparation.

We are a 501C3 club with an administrative support team. We are a coach run club, with a pathway  to the top playing circuits. Club officials are required to be regularly on the fields and available for questions. There are no "front office" positions our office is the soccer field

We have retained our identity MVFC We determine our curriculum teams etc. and believe that one coach cannot provide a player all they need. We regularly coordinate with top Academy clubs in England.
